 when Frog, Chrono and (playable ally at this time [Robo, Lucca, or Marle]) and confront Magus in his large, dark, and still today atmospheric castle.

when Chrono, and the party enter the Castle of Magus, they were blocked by Magus's Family, Flea, Slash and Ozzie. After defeating the three and the managed to escape with there lives, they journey forth to face Magus. After many Mystics, monsters, and traps the group fought through, they now enter the final room where Magus is doing a ritual to summon the wormwood Lavos. Frog calling out Magus from is ritual, noticed that the squire he altered still lives, wielding the blade Masamune; the group is out to stop the dark wizard from his "plan" to destroy the world. His true plan was to summon lavos and slay the beast before it could do more harm to the world. knowing the actions he has caused, he is ready to fight to stop anyone who would dare interfere with his plans. But he noticed something odd, the scent of death his near to Chrono's group, "The Black Wind Howls... one among you... shall die this day... alright then, i shall face you... IF YOUR READY FOR THE VOID!!!" Magus Confronted now must face his enemies to be sure he can destroy the true threat in the world
